With more than 2,000 attendees from 30 countries and the support of over 90 sponsoring companies, the 333 Experience Congress LATAM 2025 distinguished itself for its high technical and business standards and its ability to connect the entire value chain of the Latin American swine industry, demonstrating the potential for development and demand for knowledge that exists in our community.
The event brought together producers, technicians, experts, entrepreneurs, and union leaders in a unique setting to discuss the main challenges and opportunities facing modern pig farming, under the slogan “Unity and trust without borders.”

A strategic pre-congress
On October 15, the exclusive Pre-Congress, focused on the transformation and commercialization of pork, opened the business agenda with panels on the sector's projection to consumers, brand positioning strategies, added value, and integration of the pork production chain. Three private events were also held by sponsoring companies: the AB Neo Piglet Nutrition Update Roundtable, the OIPORC General Assembly, led by Opormex, and the DanBred 2025 Excellence Awards, organized by Cipa-DanBred.
Innovation and business management
On the first day of the congress (October 16), the focus was on productive and economic efficiency, with conferences and panels on financial management in pig farming companies, comprehensive efficiency, precision nutrition, health, and sustainable production. Highlights included the trade association panel “Export challenges: overcoming barriers in major international markets,” the panel “Economic and financial management of pig farming,” and workshops on applied innovation, biosecurity, intestinal health, predictive disease management, and the industry outlook for 2030.
Science, sustainability, and leadership
The final day of the conference (October 17) focused on swine health, innovation, business management, and advanced nutrition, featuring panels on “Smart Farming in Swine Production,” “Workplace Well-being: What Can Young Leaders Teach Us?,” "Vision 2030: Prospects for Swine Health,“ and ”Nutritional Strategies that Contribute to Health and Disease Prevention," along with simultaneous workshops on the circular economy, feed biosecurity, and strategic decisions in production.
The “Innovation Hall,” a space designed by 333 to promote the dissemination and recognition of innovative solutions that impact the sustainability and productivity of the sector, featured four innovations: Rotecna's “Bodycheck System,” Novatio's “Farm-made Biomethane,” Amerivet's “Unique combination of AGCM active ingredients that stimulate immunity in sows,” and Jefo's “Functional nutrition in sows.” The winner was Rotecna's innovation, with its artificial intelligence-based system for automatic detection of the body condition of sows.
During the closing ceremony, Carlos Enrique Rendón received special recognition for his contribution to the growth and development of Latin American pig farming. The congress concluded with PigFest 333, a celebration that combined music, culture, and fraternity, highlighting a performance by Ensálsate, in a closing ceremony full of energy and pride for the sector.

With three days of high-level networking and intense exchange of knowledge, innovation, and relationship building, the 333 Experience Congress LATAM 2025 reaffirmed its role as a benchmark platform for Latin American pig farming, connecting industry players with real business opportunities and promoting competitiveness, sustainability, and digital transformation in the industry.
