Our results suggest that infection with IAV or PRRSV in the pre-weaning period is associated with an increase in post-weaning mortality.

Most commensal bacteria (i.e. Psychrobacter, Prevotella, and Faecalibacterium) in the healthy gastrointestinal tract were decreased due to dysbiosis induced by PEDV infection.
