III Latin American Leaders Meeting: Learning, vision and new alliances

Within the framework of the 333 Experience Congress LATAM 2025, the III Latin American Leaders Meeting was held, an exclusive conference that brought together more than 40 swine industry leaders to strengthen alliances and plan for the future of regional pig farming.

The day after the 333 Experience Congress LATAM 2025, more than 40 leaders representing Latin American companies and associations in the swine industry, met at the Intercontinental Hotel in Cali, Colombia to participate in the III Latin American Leaders Meeting, an exclusive event designed to promote exchange of experiences, build strategic alliances, and generate a common vision for the sustainable growth of pig farming in the region.

During the conference, 11 business leaders from Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, and Peru presented their business models, sharing their achievements and lessons learned, as well as their projections regarding health, efficiency, innovation, expansion plans, and export goals to new markets:

The meeting also featured the diamond sponsor companies of the 333 Experience Congress LATAM 2025: Ceva, Exafan, MSD, Porkcolombia, Cipa-DanBred, and Vetiplus, strategic industry allies committed to productive efficiency, animal welfare, sustainability, and innovation in the swine industry.

The program also included networking and sessions for collective analysis, an opening luncheon, and a closing cocktail reception, which provided the opportunity to share experiences, strengthen ties, and reinforce the Latin American business community.

The Latin American Leaders Meeting continues to solidify its position as a leading platform for business dialogue, knowledge transfer, and the development of a regional swine leadership network, which will continue to shape the sector's agenda in the coming years.
