Russia confirms a new outbreak of classical swine fever

The Russian veterinary authorities have reported an outbreak of classical swine fever in Bryanskaya Oblast.

The outbreak is located in game husbandry Co Ltd 'Rodnik', Klintsovsky raion and affects wild boars.

A total of 35 animals were found susceptible to the disease, out of which 5 cases were reported. Three deaths were reported, and two of the affected animals were destroyed.
