Mexico is waiting on China's health authority to endorse its list of 18 federally inspected pork establishments.

In order to increase Mexican producers' competitiveness, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development with the support of livestock organizations, has strengthened trade agreements (in which health plays a key role) with other countries.

The chief director of Senasica, Francisco Javier Trujillo Arriaga, said that negotiations with China to ship pork offal are progressing and the country is just waiting on China's health authority to endorse the list of 18 federally inspected (TIF) pork establishments.
