This week the Mexican Secretary of Agriculture, Francisco Mayorga Castañeda, and the Russian Minister of Agriculture, Elena Skrinnik, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with hopes of increasing the commercial exchange of agricultural products between the two nations.
