Spain: increase of the Spanish meat exportations

The 54% of the total value of the exportations is due to pig meat.

During the first nine months of this year the exported meat products have reached a value of 3,131 million euros, and this represents almost a 14% more than during the same period last year, according to the Estacom (the ICEX database) data.

Data published by Eurocarne show that the exported amount reached 1.29 million tons (a 5% more), with a 54% of the value of the exports, and a 59% in the case of the exported amount, being due to pig meat.
