African swine fever is registered in Respublika Severnaya Osetiya-Alanya, Dr Evgeny Nepoklonov, Deputy Head, Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance, Ministry of Agriculture, has reported to the OIE.

Two outbreaks were registered in Romanovo (Alagirsky raion) and Nart (Ardonsky raion).

There are a total of 163 susceptible animals of which 49 are cases.
