France launches new EcoAntibio web portal

Launch of a new ActionAntibio web portal dedicated to EcoAntibio actions in animal sectors to fight against antibiotic resistance.

Actionantibio is a resource center where you can find technical information on antibiotic resistance, antibiotics, and their uses in animal husbandry, categorized by animal sector.

Approximately 100 sheets on the poultry, rabbit, fish, pig, and ruminant sectors and actions for all sectors highlight the results in a simple and readable way for rapid appropriation by veterinarians, livestock consultants, farmers, students, etc. They can be selected by sector and by theme, and propose alternatives to antibiotic therapy in livestock, indicators, prevention practices, and training tools. A search by keywords allows quick access to information. By clicking on the summary sheet, the user can access more detailed results via a link to the partner's website, a publication of results, or a study report.

This portal has involved the technical partners of the EcoAntibio Plan actions: ANSES, INRAE, IDELE, IFIP, ITAVI, GDS France, SNGTV, and SIMV.
