The first veterinary association in China has been established in Beijing in response to a call on domestic veterinary system reform, industry standards normalisation and a further involvement in international veterinarian affairs.

Mr Jia Youling, China’s Chief Veterinarian was elected President of the Association with Mr Zhang Zhongqiu accepting the post of Secretary General.
