In the meeting held last Thursday in Beijing, it was agreed that in a week's time, the team of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supplies will send to the Chinese authorities the final information on the beef, pork and fowl processing establishments, because the forms filled in by the companies are being checked by the MAPA.

“We are ready to expand our high-quality animal protein supply to the Chinese market while fulfilling the health requirements foreseen in our bilateral protocol”, said the Minister.

Mr Ni Yuefeng informed that during the second semester of 2019, a commissioner will visit Brazil to work together with the federal government and the companies regarding the health and quarantine issues.
