Changes on the source of replacement animals are always difficult decisions. Monitoring through testing before the introduction of the new animals into the farm is not sufficient.

He was born in Castrillo de la Vega (Burgos) in 1978. He graduated as an Agricultuural Technician Engineer, with a specialisation in farms, at the Agricultural Engineering College in Soria (1997-2001). He then graduated as an Agronomist (2nd cycle) at the School of Agricultural Engineering in Palencia (2001 – 2005). Both schools are affiliated to the University of Valladolid
In July 2005 he started working at the Agriculture Section at Juan Jiménez Garcia SAU, and in January 2006 he started with the production control and computerisation tasks on the piglet farms, As of April 2008 he became the person in charge of the Farm Management Department, and in January 2012 he became a part of the Maintenance and New Constructions Department, where the different refurbishments of the company’s farms, and the projects of new farms, from their design to the ending of the construction work, are managed.
