Alejandro Martínez Molina

Production veterinarian, Agropecuaria Casas Nuevas - Spain Author

Born in Lorca (Murcia, Spain) in 1992, graduated in veterinary medicine in 2016 and obtained a master's degree in biology and technology of mammalian reproduction in 2019 from the University of Murcia (Spain).

After finishing my degree I joined the Royal College of Veterianary Surgeons to work as a meat health inspector in England for 2 years (2016-2018).

After returning from England, studied my master's in biology and technology of mammalian reproduction, subsequently obtaining a position in Agropecuaria Casas Nuevas, Grupo Francés (Fuente Álamo) as the person in charge of the boar studs (2019).

Currently I work as a veterinarian in all phases of swine production (sows, nursery, and finishing) for the same company.

16-Apr-2026Wojciech KorczyńskiThere is one Japanese study (2017) on Shiga bacteria and zinc oxide in vitro (3000 ppm) and there is nothing about endotoxins but hemolysins and other (general) virulence factors. But ZnO mode of action is more complex than most of vets are aware.
