The 2008 Report of the Chief Veterinary Officer (CVO) on Animal Health provides a definite record of Government animal health and welfare activities across the UK.

The report is structured around the Animal Health and Welfare Strategy for Great Britain but covers activities across the UK and includes introductory overviews from the four UK administrations.
