The Ministry of Economic Growth and Commerce develop draft regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers which envisage the governmental support and creation of favorable conditions for private farm enterprises to increase the number of pigs and cattle.
According to the draft decree the changes will be made concerning the value added tax. The governmental support will be given in the form of compensation of the interest rate for loans.
The Ministry of Agrarian policy and food of Ukraine in cooperation with National academy of Agrarian Science is to provide the program of family farms development and to make:
• the typical models of cattle and pigs feedings in private farm enterprises
• the typical models of the equipment of such enterprises
• the typical agreement between private farm enterprises and processing companies
