South Korea plans to introduce international guidelines on improving livestock welfare to reflect current trends supporting the humane treatment of farm animals.

South Korea plans to introduce international guidelines on improving livestock welfare to reflect current trends supporting the humane treatment of farm animals.

The National Veterinary Research and Quarantine Service said it is seeking measures to certify farms that raise animals in a comfortable and clean environment.
