According to the information provided by the National Statistics and Geography Institute (INEGI), the exports of agriculture and livestock goods increased by 8.5% during the January-December 2014 period.
The INEGI specified that, according to the statistics provided by the Ministry of Agriculture, Stockbreeding, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food (SAGARPA), the international sales reached a value of USD12,203 million.
The Mexican agriculture and livestock exports represent 3.1% of the sales of this country.
