Four more outbreaks were found between 24 and 28 April 2010 at three more locations in the Southern Miyazaki Prefecture, including Japan's first cases involving pigs at Kawaminami-cho Koyu-gun. Five pigs have been found to be infected with FMD and all 486 pigs at the farm have been culled.
