The Minister of Agriculture of France, Mr. Stéphane Le Foll, presented, last Wednesday, the emergency scheme to alleviate the farmers' cash flow. The farmers have been protesting and organising roadblocks for three days to alert the government about their finacial difficulties.
The aid scheme has 24 items and 6 core ideas, among them the recovery of the prices, the restructuring of the debt and the support to exports and competitiveness.
