Canada notified, last 2 July, a new case of porcine epidemic diarrhoea (PED) in Ontario, specifically on a farrow-to-finish farm located in the county of Lambton.

The first case of PED in Ontario was confirmed on 22 January 2014, and up to now a total of 82 cases have been confirmed.
