Brazil and France will sign an agricultural cooperation protocol

The Minister of Agriculture and Stockbreeding of Brazil, Mr. Antonio Andrade, met the ambassador of France in Brazil, Mr. Denis Pietton on Tuesday, November 12th for discussing the signing of an agreement memorandum between both countries.

The memorandum includes the cooperation in the field of agriculture between both countries, the exchange of information and experiences on the policies implemented in several areas as, for instance, agricultural production sustainability, stockbreeding, forestry or organic production.

It is expected that he signing of the protocol takes place next December 12th, taking advantage of the meeting between the President of France, Mr. François Hollande, and the President of Brazil, Ms. Dilma Rousseff.
