On March 13, the Undersecretariat for Agricultural Markets announced the decision to suspend the Registration of Sworn Declarations of Sale Abroad involving the export of the following tariff positions:
NCM 1507-10-00: Crude soybean oil.
NCM 1507-90-19: Soybean oil, other
NCM 2304-00-10: Soybean meal
NCM 2304-00-90: Other solid residues resulting from the extraction of soybean oil
This means that producers of these raw materials will not be able to export them until further notice. It is important to note that Argentina is one of the main exporters of soybean meal and soybean oil, trading more than 80% of its production.
