TonisityBuilding on its dedication to improving pork producer profitability with proven, cutting-edge solutions, Tonisity announces two additions to its customer success leadership team.

“Expanding our customer success team is a direct response to rising demand for Tonisity Px™, a unique intestinal development product designed for piglets Days 2-8,” says Daniel Faidley, general manager. “Veterinarians and producers have seen success with this product in helping litters thrive in those critical first days of life. It’s a solution piglets eagerly consume that equips the intestine to better convert nutrition to weight gain, helping pigs reach their full potential.

“We’re adding the high-level expertise of Montgomery and Carson to ensure our growing customer base is equipped with the product, service and tools needed to maximize the impact of Tonisity Px in their system.”

Montgomery named director of customer success

Montgomery has more than a decade of experience in the global animal health and nutrition sector. He joins Tonisity from Vets Plus, where he led commercial, marketing and business development initiatives. He also led business development efforts with Elanco Animal Health and helped launch a venture capital-backed novel antibody technology for food and companion animals.

With a keen focus on driving optimal business solutions, Montgomery will use his global animal health experience to execute Tonisity’s customer success, business alliance and growth strategies. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

“I am drawn to Tonisity because of its unique, innovative products that improve animal performance and well-being. Tonisity Px redefines each litter’s potential to capture full value of the individual pig,” says Montgomery. “Our team looks forward to listening to customers’ challenges and providing solutions that make a dramatic economic difference.”

Carson joins customer success team as manager

In Carson’s new role, he will build on his sales and management career with a focus on seeking business relationships for Tonisity in Minnesota and surrounding states. He has an extensive background in building dealer networks and growing customer relationships, which are skills he will use to expand Tonisity’s reach in this key pork production region. Previously, he served as sales manager and vice president for Nedap Livestock Management USA, as well as senior sales manager for Bioverse.

“My passions are people and agriculture, and I’m excited to bring that to Tonisity, a company equally as passionate about helping pigs thrive,” says Carson. “I’m eager to put my technical product knowledge to work, partnering with customers to identify opportunity areas with Tonisity Px starting at Day 2 of a pig’s life. This product provides a science-based solution to issues pork producers want to overcome by improving intestinal integrity.”

In addition to service in the U.S. military, Carson received training from Alexandria Technical College.
