03-May-2026BILLY BOSTICKSONYou said that the genome of the Sp25 strain has a total of 27 SNPs (Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms), but we only found 3 in the core region. the L & R variable regions are hard to classify in terms of SNVs and may give artefactual results, would you agree?
