Batch management provides many benefits including having tasks and work on the farm better organized and being able to achieve larger batches of piglets along with all-in, all-out management.

Already use a batch management system but want to switch to another? With the help of Carles Casanovas, 333 has created a new tool, the batch management simulator, which allows you to calculate and compare the production data that you could achieve using a batch management system at different weeks. In this way, you will be able to choose and compare which type of batch system is best suited to your farm, as well as guide you in sizing the installations. It also allows you to schedule the tasks for your current system and for the new system you want to change to.

Additionally, if you access the tool by logging in with your 333 account you will be able to save your production results. Depending on the batch you choose, you can create, save, and print a calendar with the different tasks to be carried out on the farm (mating, farrowing, and weaning) for each group of sows.
