During the first trimester of 2015, the Ukrainian pork exports amounted to 4,140 tones, almost 6 times more than in the same period of 2014.
On the other hand, pork imports during the first trimester of 2015 have amounted to only 779 tonnes versus 13,000 in the first trimester of 2014.
With regard to the yearly total, in 2014 Ukraine doubled its pork exports, reaching 9,400 tonnes, whilst exports fell to 30,800 tonnes, 5 times less in comparison with 2013.
