Russia informs the OIE about new foot-and-mouth disease outbreaks

The OIE has issued two reports in which it informs about the appearance of two new outbreaks of foot-and-mouth disease in Russia.

The outbreaks are located in a state company that is in the village of Lozovoe (district of Tambovskiy, Amurskaya), in the buffer zone near the border between Russia and China; and in the village of Kuti (district of Priargunsky, Zabajkal'Skij), also near the border between China and Russia.

This disease affects cattle and swine.
