The Animal Health Laboratory Centre of the Livestock Research Centre of Itapua (CIPI), built with the support of the Rural Association of Paraguay, the National Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT) and the National Service of Quality and Animal Health (SENACSA), has been created to be a centre of production experience and performance assessment of both forage and animal growth.
The laboratory meets a professionals, producers, industries and students' need, who will be able to study at the centre.
For its part, the General Director of Laboratories at SENACSA, Dr. Nelly Ortiz, said that the institution will provide ongoing support and cooperation to contribute to the achievement of the objectives and goals set, meeting the demands and needs of livestock producers, and to strengthen the knowledge and abilities of students of the department of Itapua.
