In 2025, pork production reached a new all-time high, consolidating the sector's growth compared to the previous year. At the same time, international trade maintained its characteristic trend of recent years, with a marked increase in imports and a reduction in exports. In general terms, the balance between supply and demand reflected an apparent consumption in continuous increase, reinforcing the expansion dynamics of the pork market in Mexico.
