Mexico - Increase in pork meat exports to South Korea

According to information published by the Mexican Secretary of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fishing, and Food (SAGARPA), the exports of pork meat to South Korea increased by 107% during 2009, with respect to the year before.

According to information published by the Mexican Secretary of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fishing, and Food (SAGARPA), the exports of pork meat to South Korea increased by 107% during 2009, with respect to the year before.

In accordance with the data from the Korean International Commerce Society, in the period between January and December of 2008 Mexico exported 1.910 tons of pork products, a figure that rose to 3.954 tons in 2009.
