Bearing in mind that Hungary has informed the Commission about the recent evolution of the situation with respect to the Classical Swine Fever in the territory of the county of Nógrád, and that the disease has been eradicated from this county, the Commission has decided that the measures foreseen in the Decision 2008/855/CE must cease to be applied, and the reference to the county of Nógrád in the list that appears in Part I of the appendix of this Decision must disappear.
