The vast majority of Danish consumers are familiar with the label with one, two, or three green hearts, which shows how good animal welfare has been where meat or dairy products have been produced.

This is shown by a survey that YouGov has prepared for the Danish Food and Food Administration. The survey is a measure of awareness of the State Animal Welfare Label "Bedre Dyrewelfærd" (Better animal welfare).

In 2023, the study showed that 77% of the population knew the brand. This is an increase of 8% compared to 2020. Danish families with children have the best knowledge of the brand, where 85% of the respondents knew the brand.
