Analyst from Robo Bank believed that China will become the largest corn importer within 5 years, representing an import amount of 25 million tons, while the number this year was only 1.3 million tons.

It was said that the import would further reach 60 million tons by 2020, due to a rise of pig and chicken production.

The analyst also said that there would be a bright future for grain price over the next 10 years. Meanwhile, a vast demand for corn from ethanol industry will also cause a tight supply worldwide.
