Canada confirms more cases of PEDV

There are currently 20 confirmed cases of the disease in Manitoba since its detection in 2014.

So far this year, there are 10 cases of porcine epidemic diarrhea detected in the Canadian province of Manitoba, 9 of them confirmed during the month of May, and 1 in June.Since September of last year, no cases of the disease were detected.

Cases have been confirmed in fattening and sow farms located in the southwest of the province.

There are currently 20 confirmed cases of the disease in Manitoba since its detection in 2014.
