Brazil- Pig meat exports decrease in volume but increase in value

Brazilian exports reached 176.71 thousand tonnes between January and April which represents a decrease of 6.4% in volume but an increase of 12.91% in value. However, exports to Russia, the main destination for Brazilian pig meat, increased by 2.76% in volume.

Brazilian exports reached 176.71 thousand tonnes between January and April which represents a decrease of 6.4% in volume but an increase of 12.91% in value.

However, exports to Russia, the main destination for Brazilian pig meat, increased by 2.76% in volume.

The main destinations continue to be Russia, Hong Kong, Ukraine, Argentina, Angola and Singapore.
