Boar Reproduction. Fundamentals and New Biotechnological TrendsSpringer, one of the most prestigious international editors today published the book entitled "Boar Reproduction. Fundamentals and New Biotechnological Trends", which is basically the result from research activity that TechnoSperm groups together with his closest colleagues has conducted since 1987.

Sergi Bonet, Professor of Cell Biology at the University of Girona and Director of TechnoSperm; Isabel Casas, Associate Professor at the same university, William V. Holt, Honorary Professor at the University of Sheffield (United Kingdom); and Marc Yeste, Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Animal Medicine and Surgery (Autonomous University of Barcelona) have served as Editors of the Book. In addition, a total of 17 authors have took part in this project written in English.

The book has twelve chapters and is organised in three parts, about boar within the male and female genitals tracts, and the evaluation and improvement techniques of boar semen and the relevance of Artificial Insemination in porcine species.

This Book is available as printed (ISBN 978-3-642-35048-1) or electronic (eBook: ISBN 978-3-642-35049-8) in bookshops and through Springer link.
