SKOV expands in Asia

The Danish producer of climate and production control, SKOV A/S, has experienced a heavy increase of turnover on the Asian markets during the past few years.

The Danish producer of climate and production control, SKOV A/S, has experienced a heavy increase of turnover on the Asian markets during the past few years. Therefore, the company has established a subsidiary, SKOV Asia Ltd, in Bangkok as of 1 March.

Concurrently with the establishment of the subsidiary, SKOV A/S have appointed a number of new employees within sales and service.

Niranchai Tripati (30) has been appointed Area Sales Manager with responsibility for the markets of Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh as of 1 March 2010.

Niranchai was previously employed as Export Sales Manager with Better Pharma Co. Ltd., a part of Betagro Group which is the second largest business within the agro-industry in Thailand.





Gerard Honesto I. Llanes, Jr. (38) has been appointed Area Sales Manager with responsibility for the markets of the Philippines, Vietnam, Taiwan, Korea and Malaysia as of 1 March 2010.

Gerard has a Master in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines. He was previously employed as Business Development Manager with Hypig Genetics Inc. , and Product Manager with Bayer Philippines Inc. Animal Health Division.



Sarawut Wongthongbang (38) has been appointed Service Technician as of 1 March 2010 and will primarily take care of servicing SKOV installations in Thailand.

Sarawut has a Bachelor of Industrial Technology from Siam University in Bangkok and has an MBA from Stamford International University. During the last 13 years, he has worked with design, installation and maintenance of filling and processor machines with Tipco F&B Co. Ltd. in Thailand
