Sebastián Montoya Franco

Holds a degree in animal science with a specialization in animal nutrition from the National University of Colombia, with a Master of Science in Animal Nutrition and Production from the Federal University of Viçosa (Brazil). Since 2016, he has been the manager and owner of NUTRIPORK, which manages the nutrition of nearly 100,000 sows in farrow-to-finish operations in countries such as Colombia, Guatemala, El Salvador, and the Dominican Republic. He also serves as an associate consultant for Animalnutri, a Brazilian consulting and applied research company. He has collaborated with international companies in the industry, contributing his expertise in animal nutrition. He has been a speaker at multiple technical events in the region, sharing his vision of transforming the industry's profitability through knowledge and effective nutrition optimization. He is more than a nutritionist; Sebastian loves pig farming and is passionate about transforming the business through knowledge.
