Analysis of the intestinal situation of piglets is an essential action in health management programs. A piglet population with good intestinal health has excellent feed conversion efficiency.
Reinaldo is a veterinarian, graduated from the University of Concepción, located in Chile. Since childhood he has related to animals; his father owns a dairy cattle and a small pig-fattening unit. In 2005 he decided to study veterinary medicine and professionally, passionately devoted himself to the practice of pig production, developing his skills at the university’s diagnostic laboratory and interning at some of the country’s pig farms. After finishing his studies in 2010, he remained at the university and served for 2 years working in pig enterprises. As of 2012, he took his bags and moved to Spain to complete his masters in swine production. His main objective is to promote future pig production in South American countries through the research and transfer of information via digital media.
