I am a coordinator and teacher of courses for Official Veterinarians in the field of animal welfare in the slaughterhouse and slaughterhouse inspection.

I like to disseminate our work and its importance for Public Health.

I am a Castilla La Mancha board member of the Scientific Society of Public Health AVESA.
