From November 3 - 5, more than 800 professionals from 22 countries in Latin America and Spain continued to enhance their professional growth opportunities at the first 333 Experience Congress.

With interaction as a priority during the three days of the 333 Experience Congress, more than 15 recognized expert leaders in the pig industry in Spain and Latin America presented. They explained, with a practical focus, various topics that are of great interest for the daily lives of their peers in the region.

In addition to the above, this experiential conference included two workshops on November 4 and 5. The first dealt with the indicators of productive management on efficient farms, while the second one focused on the proposal of an economic management system focused on improving the profit of a pig farm. Both workshops had a proven impact, since there was a continuous and consistent interaction between speakers and the audience through the application of real-time surveys and online polls.

The 333 Experience Congress also set up virtual spaces to facilitate networking, with micro-meetings of 4 minutes each, previously arranged between interested participants, resulting in over 400 meetings during the 3 days of the event.

At the end of this grand virtual event, a prize was awarded for the best photo taken during the event's interactive activities. The award went to the Mexican professional Blas Hernández, from the company Agropecuaria Calderón, who submitted an excellent and informative photograph taken on his production.

For 333, the largest global community of swine professionals, the first congress ended with participants very satisfied, which creates high expectations and commitment for next year with the first edition of this event in Spain and the second edition of the 333 Experience Congress in Latin America, scheduled for the same dates in November.

With this project, 333 reinforces its commitment to the development of swine farming in Latin America and the world, now with over 100,000 community members.
