On September 20 and 21, the first congress focused exclusively on our industry's greatest asset: farm personnel and field technicians, was held in Spain at the Palacio de Congresos - La Llotja de Lleida. More than 400 people, including managers, farm personnel, technicians, and executives, attended the 333 Experience Congress for Farm Managers and Human Resources, either in person or online.
The first day important issues were discussed including the tasks and challenges farm managers face, as well as the role of the technician responsible for farms, and how to manage these managers and technicians. On the second day, topics on human resources, the pillar that supports everything, were addressed: how to manage teams, the present and future of workers in the pig industry, and ways to attract, train, and retain talent on farms.
