Compared to the same period last year, Vietnam's pork imports from Russia have almost doubled in both volume and value. Experts believe that this trend may continue through 2025. According to their data, the average price of imported pork in Vietnam was about $2,240 per ton, which is 3% less than last year's figure. Converted into local currency, this is about 58,000 dong ($2.20) per kg, which is equivalent to the price of live pigs on the domestic market.
