The Ministry of Agriculture announces the reopening of Thailand to imports of cured pork from Italy.

The ban began on February 1, 2022, following the first cases of African swine fever.

There were two years of negotiations between the Ministry of Health and Bangkok.

The Thai market in Asia has a significant percentage of exports to the Asian continent.
