Weak demand has kept prices of pork and chicken in the Philippines from rising too much in the first two weeks of December, which traditionally is a season of high prices in the country.

Weak demand has kept prices of pork and chicken in the Philippines from rising too much in the first two weeks of December, which traditionally is a season of high prices in the country.

Prices of live hogs is currently at PHP 112-116/kg (USD 2.39-2.48) while retail prices hovers between PHP 130-180/kg (USD 2.78-3.86).
