Evolution of Mexican pork production in the last 12 months. Prepared by 333 Latin America with data from the Agri-Food and Fisheries Information Service (SIAP).

Total pork production from January to September 2025 reached 1,401,942 tons, up 5.8% compared to the same period in 2024.

The cumulative growth rate of pork production was higher than that of beef (0.8%) and poultry (3.8%).

Specifically for September, 157,029 tons of pork were produced, representing a 5.4% increase compared to the same month of the previous year and a 1.2% decrease compared to August.
