Mexico: Pork production grew 1.5% in the first quarter of 2025

At the end of the first quarter of 2025, pork production totaled 438,348 tons (t), a 1.5% increase compared to the same period in 2024.

The cumulative growth rate of pork production was higher than that of beef (-1.0%) and lower than that of poultry (2.7%).

In March, 147,236 t were recorded, an increase of 3.3% compared to the same month of the previous year, and up 2.9% from February.
