
Mexican pork production in the first half of the last five years, cumulative annual variation. Prepared by 333 Latin America with data from the Agrifood and Fisheries Information Service (SIAP).
At the end of the first half of 2025, pork production totaled 921,226 tons (t), representing a 5.5% increase over the same period in 2024.

The cumulative growth rate for pork production was higher than that for beef (0.2%) and poultry (3.2%).
In June, 167,560 t of pork were produced, representing a year-on-year increase of 10.9% and a month-on-month increase of 2.2%.
