In a follow-up report sent to the OIE, Korea (Rep. of) notifies 29 foot and mouth disease outbreaks of serotype O.

3,468 c attle and 65,400 swine in the affected farms and within 500m around the affected farms in the unvaccinated area have been culled and buried as a preventive measure. In the vaccinated area, pigs or cattle of affected farms only are culled.
