Vaccine for the prevention of atrophic rhinitis (AR), pneumonic pasteurellosis, porcine pleuropneumonia, enzootic pneumonia, streptococcosis, and Glässer’s disease.

Indications

For the prevention of atrophic rhinitis (AR), pneumonic pasteurellosis, porcine pleuropneumonia, enzootic pneumonia, streptococcosis, and Glässer’s disease.

DOSAGE AND ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION

Administer a dose of 1.5 to 2 ml.

Vaccination schedule:

  • Sows: administer 2 ml 5 to 6 weeks and 2 to 3 weeks before farrowing.
  • The first injection must be given 6 weeks before the expected farrowing date.
  • Piglets: administer 1.5 ml at 4 to 5 weeks and repeat at 7 to 8 weeks of age.

Route of administration: Intramuscular.
Preferably behind the ear.

Withdrawal period: 0 days

Warnings

Hypersensitivity reactions such as fever may occur and vary depending on each animal’s response to the product. In case of any adverse reaction, consult a veterinarian. Vaccinate only healthy animals.

Do not vaccinate in the following cases:

  • Pigs with bacterial or viral infections, or under stress conditions.
  • Pigs with immune deficiency caused by infections or toxins.
  • Pigs that show sensitivity to the product.
  • Before using the vaccine, allow it to reach room temperature (15°C to 25°C) and shake vigorously.
  • Avoid contamination of the product.
  • Store between 2°C and 8°C, protected from light.
  • Do not freeze. Do not use the product if it has been frozen.
  • Use the entire contents once opened.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Dispose of empty containers by incineration.
